NuFace micro current device

This device supposedly gives a face lift, it “uses electrical impulses to stimulate the muscles in your face“(today.com). It can help help with inflammation and boost circulation.

I have seen many reviews and videos of before and after, I definitely think it’s worth a try

Mini nuface toner device ($190)

Collagen powder

Collagen is made of 3 amino acids; proline, glycine, hydroproline. Collagen can supposedly help with wrinkles, tighter skin, and it’s anti ageing.

There has been studies showing that it can improve your skin health and appearance. I have personally tried this and my skin has cleared up while taking this, I’m not sure if it was the powder or my skincare routine though. So if you want to try it, go for it!

Moon juice collagen ($32)

Magnesium

It is supposed to support heart health, migraines, cramps, mood, and more. They have magnesium powder and vitamins, but you can also get it from your food; whole grains, chia seeds, and almonds.

You have to be careful how much you take because if you take to much it can cause high blood pressure, fast heart rate, and even death.

I have watched many reviews from tiktok or blogs about this and a lot of them claim it can help with sleep, anxiety, and depression. I personally would love to try this and see if it’s all true, and I think you should as well.

Magnesium citrate ($18)

Matcha

Matcha is a powdered green tea made from dry tea leaves. It is from China but became very popular in Japan, and now it’s everywhere.

Matcha can help with skin, brain function, improve memory and anxiety. I drink matcha 1-3 times a day and I think it definitely helps with my skin and it doesn’t make you crash as coffee does. So go replace your cup of coffee with a nice hot or iced cup of authentic matcha instead!

Jade leaf matcha ($24.99)

Kin euphorics

“Non-alcoholic and gently caffeinated Kin Spritz is infused with adaptogens, nootropics, and botanics like Rhodiola Rosea, 5-HTP, and Gaba to elevate your mood, smooth out stress, and offer a boost of energy” (kineuphorics.com)

Kin euphorics was founded by Jen Batchelor in 2017 and Model Bella Hadid joined the team as a Co-founder in 2021. Alot of reviews from customers on Amazon has said that it made them feel relaxed and there’s a slight buzz, but hates the taste(cold medicine).

Although you get the effect, this one is a hit or miss in my opinion. It’s expensive, and you can find alternatives. I personally would buy this just to try but it’s really not a need. So save your money or Dont, and test it out!

Kin euphoric variety pack ($69)

Thank you for reading, and hope you enjoyed. And comment if you tried any of these and if it worked!
