If you haven’t heard of the sea moss trend, then you’re probably not on TikTok. What is sea moss? Sea moss is a type of seaweed found in oceans all around. On TikTok, people are taking 1-2 tbsp a day of this gel, adding it to smoothies, or even facemasks. Sea moss is not regulated by the FDA, and there are no studies to prove that all of these benefits are true. I personally believe it can’t hurt to try it, but make sure your sea moss is authentic before you buy.

HOT GIRL WALKS

#Hotgirlwalk has over 636.4 Million views on TikTok. @Exactlyliketheothergirls (Mia) created this wellness trend and it blew up everywhere. You’re supposed to be thinking about things you’re grateful for, how hot you are, and your goals. She suggests walking 4 miles outdoors, but you can walk however long you want. If you don’t know where to start, choose a destination, like a grocery store or Starbucks (if it’s near you), and walk there instead of taking an Uber/Lyft or driving. Personally, I think this trend is amazing and everybody should try it. So, go grab your headphone and put on your favorite podcast or your hot girl playlist and walk!

INFRARED SAUNA

What is an infrared sauna? It uses light to make heat, it ranges from 110-120 degrees. There are 3 different types of infrared; far, mid, and near.

Far infrared: heats the body rather than the air around you. It can eliminate toxins and helps with metabolism.

Mid-infrared: helps with pain relief and improves circulation. It can reduces muscle pain and speeds the healing proccess

Near infrared: pushes your main source of energy into overdrive. It can heal damage from the eyes, increased collagen production, and relaxes the nervous system

I would 100% give this one a try! I’m not saying go buy a infrared sauna, but I would call up a gym to see if they have an infrared sauna or just go to a spa. It is recommended to do a 30min or less session 3-4 times a week for the best results.
